Welcome to CS Connect - The Customer Community for ClientSuccess

We designed the CS Connect community to bring together all of our customers to network, share ideas, ask questions and communicate directly with the ClientSuccess team. Here is what you and your team can expect from the CS Connect Community:

• Access to all ClientSuccess customers for networking, ideation, brainstorming and platform best practices

• The ability to share product ideas directly with our Product team in the Product Ideas category as well as get product updates as new releases are rolled out

• Private events exclusive to the CS Connect community - webinars, workshops, guest speakers etc. 

• Federated search that allows you the ability to search through all of the content in the community as well as our Knowledge Base to find answers to commonly asked questions

• Member Spotlights where we will highlight the great work of our customers and the impact they are having in their company as well as in their industry

There is no signup required as we have our community connected to the ClientSuccess platform via SSO. As long as you have access to ClientSuccess, you'll have access to our community.
