Weekly Cohort Sessions - Live & Interactive
Customers will participate in weekly office hours with other customers who are in the same onboarding cycle. These sessions will be led by the Director of Success Services and will focus on:
Recap of the week's training content
Live demonstrations & best practices
Customer Q&A and troubleshooting
Peer-to-peer networking and knowledge sharing
Weekly Schedule:
Tuesdays 9:00am CST: Training Review & Use Cases
Thursdays 1:00pm CST: Training Review & Use Cases
Fridays 11:00am CST: Weekly AMA Session – Open discussion for any onboarding-related questions
