End User Training

In order to make use of great software you must understand what's possible, this will require proper training and enablement. Your Onboarding CSM will work with you and your team to coordinate end user training focused on customer management, process management and revenue management. We will schedule 2 60-minute trainings with your team if they were not a part of the Onboarding process to ensure they are familiar with ClientSuccess and how to use it in their day to day.

Post Onboarding Wrap Up Discussion

To formally conclude Onboarding we'll schedule a formal wrap up meeting with all of the key stakeholders to set expectations for what happens after Onboarding, ensure we have alignment on your goals, and review the work we completed together as well align on our recommendations on next steps. Your CSM will work with you to get this meeting coordinated.
