The Partnership Kickoff meeting allows us to ensure we are aligned on goals, expectations and next steps with a focus on our mutual partnership success. Your Onboarding CSM will walk your team through a few slides to make sure that we are all on the same page, but in an effort to make the best use of our time together, please review the sections below and come prepared to discuss these points.
Step 1: Define Your Goals
Customers purchase ClientSuccess to address these 7 business objectives; which 1-3 of these are a top priority for your business today?
Democratize Data
Operationalize Process
Drive Efficiency
Mitigate Risk
Identify Growth
Increase Visibility
Scale with Ease
Once you've selected your 3 partnership objectives, begin to think about your business goals that correlate back to these objectives. How will you know that you've made progress in this area?
Ex) A customer who is focused on Democratizing Data might set a goal that they will have made progress towards this objective if they have integrated their 3 core customer systems - SFDC, Jira, Zendesk - into ClientSuccess and that all frontline teams have access to this data.
Step 2: Aligning on Expectations
What will success look like for you at the end of your subscription?
Where does this project and its success rank on your list of priorities?
How involved will your executives be through the lifecycle of the partnership?
How should we escalate to you should we loose momentum or engagement?
How do you intend on communicating the progress and success of this partnership internally?
The most successful customers at ClientSuccess have a clear understanding on what they are trying to achieve, how they plan to manage it, prioritize its success and are highly engaged. Having clarity around these items will enable your Onboarding CSM to properly manage this program with you.
Step 3: Set Up for Onboarding
Over the next few weeks we will work with you to get your customer data ingested into ClientSuccess, help you configure the core platform modules, will audit your deployment against our most successful programs and ensure that your teams are properly trained. Below is an overview of the 5 onboarding stages we will work with you on over the next 60-90 days.
To best prepare for the Partnership Kickoff Meeting, please feel free to review the presentation below. Your Onboarding Manager will walk you and your team through this deck in a 30-minute meeting with the expectation of getting clarity on your goals and making sure you are clear on what onboarding will look like over the next few weeks.
