Send any of your pre-designed Customer Success program materials to your CSM - Your customer journey/lifecycle, playbooks, healthscore, customer segment criteria, engagement requirements etc.
Review our native integrations to see what we have and what you'll need. Make a list of all of your required platform integrations with your CSM; they will align with you on how these integrations and data flows will be configured.
Review the onboarding website in detail and prepare any questions you might have for your CSM to discuss in your Onboarding Kickoff.
